Jets to Brazil "Orange Rhyming Dictionary" Double Colored Vinyl LP Jade Tree Records (US)
This double LP record set is out of print, and is in great condition. One record is pressed in yellow vinyl, and the other is pressed in a light green colored vinyl - really unique and beautiful. I received this as a gift played it once, but both the record and the sleeve are are in great condition.
Jets to Brazil was an American rock band formed in 1997. It was founded by Blake Schwarzenbach, former frontman of Jawbreaker. When Blake relocated to Brooklyn, New York, after Jawbreaker had disbanded, he reunited with friend Jeremy Chatelain, and the two began working on four-track recordings aided by drum machines. This lasted until former Texas Is the Reason drummer Chris Daly joined the band. Daly came up with the name "Jets to Brazil," and the band joined Jade Tree Records in 1997. The origin of the band's name comes from a poster in the film Breakfast at Tiffany's, a film well-liked among the band members.
