Yes! But this time he knows more! Life is like that.
First you write down what you believe, as best you can.
Then you put down a big question mark. And a prayer:
“Lord, is this all? Is it correct? Teach me more —
I lay this at your feet. Grade it by the standard of your Son.”
To say “That’s all there is” is to say “I am God.” And that’s blasphemy.
So yes, Jim Ayars — Again! But not really again. Jim Ayars is never really again.
As long as God is there, and Jim’s mind can agree with eternal matters,
it will be more than just again.
