The cover is VG. Front and back show only light wear and look nice. Top and bottom are expertly taped almost all the way across. About one inch of heavy wear on top seam at spine. If not for the tape, it would be VG+ The record is M- and plays nicely.
I grade visually using the Goldmine grading code which is M, M-, VG++ (or EX), VG+, VG, G, F, P. The highest grade I use is M-. I spot play any potential problem areas and try to grade conservatively. You will be satisfied and no hassles.
