NOT A CUTOUT, THAT MEANS NO HOLES PUNCHED, NOTCHES CUT, NO MARKS OF ANY KIND.
the jacket still has the shrinkwrap over it and it looks like there is no damage on the jacket
The vinyl has a couple light scratches on it
should play great
