A local lending library recently sold off it's record collection. There were literally thousands of records that they had in storage for the last 20 years. Many of the records were checked out only once or twice. The albums were protected by adhering them between two pieces of cardboard or they were stored in a plastic sleeve. I bought a few hundred of them and am now selling the ones I decided not to keep. I had cleaned up the albums as best I could for my collection (I've gotten to be quite good at removing library stickers!)

This album was stored in a plastic sleeve and had stickers on the album cover and on the first side label.
When I removed one of the stickers from the cover, it took a bit of the paper with it (you have to look close at the lower left corner to see it.)
The sticker on the label came off fairly easily, but left a spot under the 2nd H in THOTH.
There is a discolored spot on the insert from a removed sticker.

I rate the cover as VG+ due to the bits of paper that came off (otherwise, the cover is NM!)
The record has a bit of surface noise at the start of each side that disappears after a few seconds, otherwise it sounds clean. I'd rate it VG+.

I'll include a CD with the music digitized and cleaned up.
