Jimi Hendrix / Are You Experienced
Japan Orig. LP
Polydor SMP-1391 Nippon Grammophon
Appendices: "F/B Different Cover"
( OBI & INSERT are missing )
Description: This is scarce Japanese original copy ( released in 1968 ) of his 1st original album. The cover shows “Japanese description”, with its top & bottom-rims flipped back. It’s different from UK copy. “Nippon Grammophon” letter is printed on the bottom-rim of back-cover, and around the rims of each label of disc. Though obi & insert are missing, it’s still hard to find this album even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from far east to serious collector.
Condition: FAIR/FAIR (Cover/Disc)
COVER: Cover is scraped with ring-wear on the surface of each side. It’s discolored ( stained ) around rims of back. It’s worn on the corners, right-edge, bottom & partly spine-edge, with the spine discolored. There’re two short tears on the surface of bottom-rim of back. It has otherwise no dent, strip & writing...OK.
DISC: Disc has many light scuffs, scratches & hairline on each side. There’re traces of scratch on Side A-3 ~ 6, which look conspicuous, but not deep. It has many spindle-marks on each label. It has otherwise none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be rated as "FAIR". It’s enjoyable, playing strong on each track.
OBI: OBI is missing.
INSERT: INSERT is missing.
