Jimi Hendrix: Axis: Bold As Love 1st press 1967 Australian MONO LP

 

Polydor International 612003 Australian mono with black labels

 

Cover is VG++ to NM (A really beautiful cover [see scan])

 

Record is VG+ (Has some light scratches and marks but these don't take away from the sound quality of this great record. Plays really nice)

 

This is The Jimi Hendrix Experience’s 2nd LP from 1967.  A real classic of the period.  Comes with one of the best ever cover artworks, a real psychedelic masterpiece.  And the music is just pure Jimi at his best.

 

This LP has become super rare as an Australian pressing much more so than the UK and US issues.

 

And it’s a 1960’s heavy vinyl issue on the original black Polydor International label.

 

I’ve been a fan of Jimi Hendrix for well over 40 odd years and had the pleasure of seeing him live in concert way back in 1968.
