Audio: Generally good separation and plays through fine with no skips, stick, jumps at all. However does have surface noise (static crackle) in places, this seems to be worse on first half of side one but also present in between tracks, so while it plays through fine the audio couldn’t be labelled crisp. It’s not overpowering but is there, not sure if it’s a bad pressing which somebody has suggested or could just do with a professional clean. So all said, probably not a clean enough copy for the true audiophile but still an attractive offering owning to its rarity and becoming highly collectible. Probably grade audio VG VG+ but would probably be EX once surface noise/crackle is removed.

I strictly adhere to the Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide using one + or - for addition guidance:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
