This is the highly sought-after "RL" (Robert Ludwig) master. It was cut at Sterling Sound by legends Robert Ludwig and Lee Hulko. Unlike later reissues, this original "hot" cut preserves the raw power and deep low-end Hendrix intended for this live Fillmore East performance.

Collectors specifically hunt for the RL etching because it offers a superior, more dynamic listening experience compared to standard pressings. This is widely considered the best-sounding version of this historic album ever produced.
