Description

This item is a one sided promotional LP released in 1975 to radio stations entitled ‘Crawdaddy Radio Revue, College Radio Program No. 5-1975, Jimi Hendrix Special’. This rare one sided promo only LP features an interview with Alan Douglas in which he talks about unrealized projects like the Blues ‘Multicolor Grooves’ LP that was to follow ‘Crash Landing’, featuring collaborations with Johnny Winter, John McLaughlin & Larry Young plus the Jazz LP after that with a side of music recorded with McLaughlin & Young. I included on this LP is a rough mix of the jam with Larry Young & ‘Slow Time Blues’. This LP was issued only to Radio Stations in the U.S. that took the Crawdaddy radio shows. This album was never available for retail purchase. Record itself is in strong VG+ condition with some light rub marks on the vinyl that can be seen under a strong light and do not effect play. Blank side has a light scuff. Record labels have some light wear (see photos). Record comes housed in a white generic record cover (see photos). A very hard to find Hendrix piece and is a great addition to your Jimi Hendrix collection! Money back if not satisfied. Feel free to e mail with any questions.
