Description

Jimi Hendrix - Electric Ladyland UK (1968)  Track 613 008/9 Psych Blues Rock 2xLP

Rare UK 1972 release on the Track Stereo Label 613 008/9 Corrected Matrices: A//1 B//2 A//1 B//2

Visually under very bright light the vinyl has numerous light wispy play traces, and light scuff traces (Visually VG). The records have been cleaned with my ultrasonic machine, and played through my system the records play bold, loud, bright and clear, great rich depth of tone – a great album, superb mastering.  There are no major audio flaws, the discs are 54 years old and of course there is some minor surface noise in places, particularly to the opening of Side A and in the quieter passages throughout.  Some occasional ticks and clicks here and there, which really do not detract much from a very enjoyable audio experience.  May improve with further cleaning. Overall Audio:  VG+ to EX-

The Labels are clean, quite a few of light spindle marks

The laminated gatefold sleeve has lots of general wear, laminate lift, etc. See photos, VG+

If you have any questions please ask!  -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I use the Record Collector's grading system giving separate condition ratings for the Vinyl and Sleeve as follows:
Near Mint (NM) - A nearly perfect record. Has more than likely been played few times or not at all, and the vinyl will show no imperfections during playback. Sleeve will have no more than the most minor defects. The same is true of any other inserts, such as posters, lyric sleeves, etc.
Excellent (EX) -The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. Sleeve may have slight wear or creasing
Very Good (VG) - The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Sleeve, normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable
Good (GD) - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. Sleeve suffers from folding, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
