Jimi Hendrix Experience – 8 LP Box Set – Purple Velvet on Box Lid
The material includes alternate recordings, live performances and some rarities.
Original box set vinyl LP. Released by MCA in 2000.
I have owned the box set from its original release. It was listened to a couple of times and then has been stored in a cupboard ever since. The records are in excellent condition, clean and glossy and the audio is excellent. Two sides of the vinyl have light surface marks which must have occurred during the manufacturing process but don’t worry, they aren’t audible. The sleeves and booklet are in very good condition, as is the box but with some minor marks on the back, which can just about be made out on the photographs. It is from a smoke-free, pet-free environment.
