The Jimi Hendrix experience vinyl 8 LP box set. Also known as 'The Purple box' in Purple Felt.. This is a must have for any Hendrix fan.

This set has been long out of print and is getting very hard to find. I had another set and can verify that this is Great sounding vinyl! This is my last set for sale. It has a small opening in the shrink wrap on the side as noted in the pictures but is still a sealed set. There is an imperfection in the velvet cover in the left lower corner as shown in one of the pictures. As the set is sealed I can't determine if this is a manufacturing issue or not. The back of the box is perfect in that corner. Because I am now aware of these two things I have adjusted the pricing accordingly. Obviously this has no effect on the gorgeous sounding vinyl in this set. This is a great opportunity to get this rare, limited and out of print sealed set for an incredibly low price.

This Set includes 56 Unreleased or unavailable recordings (at time of pressing release), a 40 page full color book with rare photos and never before heard takes of your favorite Hendrix songs, like "Purple Haze," "Hey Joe," and a stunning version of "Little Wing", packaged in an embossed purple velvet box.

This is the first pressing with velvet box. This was a Limited Edition pressing of 5,000. Each of the records is in its own sleeve with full color artwork, front and back, and the booklet is full sized and also full color. Grab it while you can.

                      This is from my personal record collection.
I bought this new locally and never opened it. It is  Brand new & Factory sealed.          
                      It has been carefully stored in a smoke-free home.
