Non laminated gatefold sleeve EX+ Light corner wear only.
Vinyl EX+ Stunning condition visually, looks closer to near mint but plays with some occasional static. This would probably be cured by a proper clean.

Please note, I always remove records from main sleeve when packing to avoid seam splits during trasportation, unless the record is still sealed. I will happilly open the seal carefully at sellers request to remove from sleeve if desired. I use cruciform LP mailers (NOT envelopes) with multiple stiffeners for added safety. I have also started using corner protectors too :-)
