Description
Up for sale today is a first UK Stereo pressing of Axis Bold as Love by the Jimi Hendrix Experience 612003 A1 / B1. The absolutely beautiful cover is designed by David King and Roger Law (Roger Law of Luck and Flaw - who later went on to produce Spitting Image on UK TV). A really fabulous piece of Rock history. The laminated cover is fully intact but with a bit of wear and some staining and some damage to a couple of corners. The spine is fully intact. The vinyl is in very good condition and has clearly been played and enjoyed many times as can be seen by some spindle wear and there are visible hairline marks to the vinyl's if held under the light. The original insert has gone missing so I have included a glossy copy (not as good as the original of course). The owner tells me he had a habit of replacing the inner company paper sleeves with poly lined inners which has at least kept the record in nice condition. Please look at photos and ask for more detailed pics or information before bidding. This LP is not in mint or near mint condition but it is Very Good.
The record and outer sleeve will be packaged separately and securely in a proper LP (recycled) LP mailer with stiff card protection. I will post by 2nd class signed for in UK for £4.00 - £11.50 to EU countries and £13.50 rest of world.
I plan to list a few more LPs over the next few days and I will combine postage to save on costs.
Overseas buyers please read on: If you are bidding from overseas please be aware that it might take a while for the LP to reach your country due to lockdown restrictions at the present time. And please, please don't pay me from overseas until you get an Invoice as I am not going to mail this LP out to your country at a domestic rate - sorry to sound like a school teacher but some people just don't get it!! As soon as you pay me I will post it out.
