Description

The Jimi Hendrix Experience - Electric Ladyland - Track Record Label. ? 1st press.

Gatefold sleeve is in poor condition, has extensive sellotape repair. White lettering.

Vinyl in very good condition, some surface wear and scratches but plays all the way through with no jumps. Some pops and crackles, but thats vinyl for you.

Altered matrix on all sides of discs

Disc 1

Side A - 61300 (2 scratched out digits) - hand etched 8 A//1

Side D - 61300 (scratched out digit) - hand etched 8 B//1

Disc 2

Side B - 61300 (scratched out 8) - hand etched 9 - hand etched A - (scratched out B) //1

Side  C -  613009 B - (scratched out matrix) A//1

? 1st press. (Don't believe the hype about blue lettering - they were probably promo sleeves for advertising. reliable sources have white lettering covers bought on 1st day of release.)

I would rate the vinyl as very good. Obvious this has been played, and has surface marks, but no jumps and the listening experience is not affected. Just checked this and remembered how good this album is.

Very rare album with the cover in a somewhat tired state. very low starting price, no reserve, short auction. Good luck if bidding. Thanks for looking. Enjoy.
