Here we have a very special album indeed.The double vinyl edition of Jimi Hendrix Experience at Radio 1.This edition was released in 1989 by Castle Communications and has the product number CCSLP 212P.It's rarity is assured thanks to there only being 5000 copies pressed in a glorious PURPLE VINYL all individualy numbered with the music spread over just three sides.

This edition is increasingly rare and is number 3853 of 5000.(album cover stickered with the number top right of the cover)

Also present and correct is the glorious poster of the album cover and the one included with this item has never been used,with no tears or blue tac marks..

Also present is a  flyer which came inside the l.p sleeve inviting you to purchase the video of Rainbow Bridge (see photo)..

This album has been stored carefully and the cover has no tears or creases...the spine is perfect and even the corners are intact (amazing after all this time).Even the flyer is perfect.

The vinyl also shows no signs of playing at all and I should know as this record was purchased by myself all those years ago and if my memeory serves me well I only played it a handful of times (2 or 3 at the most).I guess I was drawn to this album first and foremost by the amazing cover picture and the fact that it was only 5000 copies and on purple vinyl !!

I thought long and hard about wether to list this item but have decided it deserves to be cherished by a collector or someone who loves rare records.

I have set a reasonable starting bid price for what I truly believe is a true collectors item
