Jimi Hendrix Purple Haze 7" x 5 Versions of the Japanese Single. Condition is "Used".
5 Issued versions of the Japanese 7" single Purple Haze
Single 1. This version is the Rare first issue from 1968 DP-1559 priced originally at ¥370.00, hard to find in this condition Vinyl and Cover in excellent condition with almost no wear. Single 2. This version is the first re-issue also from 1968 single still numbered as DP-1559 but now priced at ¥400.00, Cover has some minor staining but still in excellent condition vinyl is also in excellent condition. Single 3. This version appears to be a further re-issue of the single during either 1968-69 with a printers mark in front of the price on the rear, price still showing ¥400.00 but with and 'X' in front, see picture. Cover in excellent condition as is the vinyl. Single 4. This version is the ¥500.00 version which is the 'Rare' and also hard to find edition especially in this condition, cover is almost pristine as is the vinyl.
Single 5. This version is the 1978 re-issue with slip cover and lyrics on the rear DPQ-6912 Priced on cover as ¥600.00, cover is almost pristine as is the vinyl.
Sold as a set will not break up, rare to see in the different forms, and this set is for the Jimi Hendrix Completist.
All singles have been well looked after in my collection, some never played, by me. From a pet and smoke free home.
