Description
This is a rare promotional copy of “Smash Hits” by the Jimi Hendrix Experience, stereo LP, 1971 Reprise label. Inside is a giant fold-out full color poster of The Experience on horses dressed as cowboys. The album cover only has slight wear on the lower right bottom corner. However, I do not believe this LP was ever played, and if so, probably not more than once. It is clearly marked on the white record label “PROMOTION—NOT FOR SALE.”
The picture below doesn’t do justice to the poster. It will make a great addition to any Jimi Hendrix collection or a great start towards a new one. Bid with confidence and bid whatever you feel this is worth to you, as it is selling with NO RESERVE.
