Description
For sale are four cleaned and fully play tested LP's by Jimi Hendrix (one with Otis Redding as well). Smash Hits is Reprise MSK 2276 single tone label (no poster), visually the vinyl is borderline VG+ to EX, but it plays about perfectly. The jacket is pretty solid VG+ as shown, just basic shelf wear. The Monterey Album has both Jimi Hendrix and Otis Redding, single tone Reprise label MS 2029. The vinyl is solid VG+ that also plays really nicely, close to NM in sound quality. The jacket has basic shelf wear and a clipped lower left corner. Band of Gypsies is Capitol Green label STAO-472. I'd call the vinyl VG+ visually but this one has the most noise, mostly in a couple of quiet sections. I'd say most of the LP still plays VG+ but about 3 to 4 minutes worth gets noisier than that. The gatefold jacket is a solid VG+. Are You Experienced is Reprise 3 tone label RS-6261. Visually this one has the most scuffing, I'd grade it VG, but really it plays more VG+, better than Gypsies. The jacket is decent, basic shelf wear and two tiny pin holes upper left and a very small split in the spine of about half an inch near the top. All in all a nice collection, two play great, one pretty nicely, and the other still nicely most of the way. These are all LP's I had extras of, simply getting the music back where they can be enjoyed rather than being extras in my collection.
