Awesome Ex plus vinyl stored copy,

Jimi Hendrix second album on Track released in 1967 , recorded April, May 67 in Olympic studios London , this followed "are you experienced" in the same year as Jimi was required to produce 2 albums for Track in that year, Jimi was playing and recording in London almost every day so this was no problem for the experience.

Buy this with the Mono Smash Hits copy we are selling and you get a flavour of the Jimi Hendrix output from is referred to as his "Golden period" in "Swinging London 66/67"

Record is an  Ex plus copy it has zero skips or jumps,

Cover is a nice Ex no serious or worrying faults  , labels have "Made in Great Britain" at 6 oclock on the "Classic Black Track UK" mono label! as it should be on UK 1st pressing. only some corner wear.

There are some very light surface lines under light, light removal marks, this is the original iconic Black UK Track label from 1967 nothing detracts on playback superb!   As close to nr mint as it gets, vinyl has no skips or jumps or sticks.there are some light static in between tracks has only some light static at start of track `ESP` may improve with a professional clean.  We dont do this its a personal thing.

This is a rare Ex+ stored vinyl copy it has been played but a great affordable buy for any collector, this Jimis second track recording from 1967 is we believe harder to find than the first record ... here it is under £500...a genuine bargain and solid investment. These have been steadily appreciating annually in Ex over 15%.

The original UK mono copies from 1967 are now so hard to find in this condition you can see `VGC` copies at £450+ is not unusual , An 'Ex plus vinyl ` under £500 is a bargain....! often these are overpriced,

Photo of Jimis Mayfair London England residence is not included , it is where some of the songs were written though! also the Royal Mail postbox outside Jimis home is where he posted his postcards home to his Dad Al about his success in London 66 and 67.....

The record Excellent plus condition     Wow!

This is a mono copy and sounds awesome and easily our favourite over the stereo copies.

A1 B1 matrixes with "inverted triangle" on runout very very early 1st press copy!

Super clean excellent  labels no writing, vinyl plays  better than excellent real nice audio.....  

The label side 2 are in Excellent shape no writing or stickers, few spindle lines,looks like  not too many plays , there are some removal marks under strong light no skips or jumps on our Rega 3 plays close to mint its a pleasure to listen.

Nice fat pre oil crisis heavy 60s vinyl wow !very flat on the table, test played on 2 decks wow great audio.

So thick and fat vinyl..very flat on then table.

See pictures in the listing you can see the record. it plays through without disruption no skips or jumps and fully play tested on 2 decks one very light tracking Kenwood deck which normally shows any defect.

There is some slight static in quieter passages and intros ,the 30 second vocal track "ESP" has slight static at intro only for short period with vocal only section.

Plays clear with bright crisp sound may benefit from a professional clean (we don't do this as it's an individual thing) some background static is noticeable in the quieter passages but not many of those!

The Cover is Excellent CONDITION

Been kept in a PVC sleeve in recent years of its life in good shape from a smoke free home.

This copy has its original 52 yr old inner sleeve,its yellowed with age and is creasing, the vinyl is supplied with a quality new pvc lined inner sleeve.

Bright vibrant colour no writing stickers or tears, spine is showing light wear only see photos in listing.There is almost zero laminate lifting on the front see photos only light creases. its showing some wear at corners from its 52 years.

having done it's job over 52 years the sleeve has good corners no visible ringwear at the rear (see photos).spine is showing only normal handling wear see photos EX from its life.

on the whole a very very collectable sleeve and Ex + vinyl. good corners and spine is showing only light storage wear, Ex no serious issues.....a keeper.

The super rare *Orange lyric* Insert is the original, only the early copies had this,how many remain super rare has only folding and handling wear see photos  . Great copy. NEAR MINT The insert is impossible to get in this shape spending below 700gbp normally.
