Jimmy Barnes ORIG OZ Promo LP Freight train heart VG+ '87 Mushroom Cold Chisel


Original OZ Promo LP released in 1987 on Mushroom Records. Cat: RML53238. Comes with printed inner bag which is in Excellent condition. Features a Promo sticker on label and back of cover.
Freight Train Heart became a huge hit for Jimmy Barnes, and with good reason. It followed on directly from the blue-collar rock of Bodyswerve and For the Working Class Man, yet managed to create its own identity. While it may have lacked complete originality ("Driving Wheels" is a simple update of "Working Class Man"), Barnes managed to make this set of songs an instant classic, thanks to the strength of singles like "Waitin' for the Heartache."

  There are a few light spindle marks on labels. Record has some light scuff marks and very light scratches that cause some light crackles and is in VG+ condition. Cover has light ringw ear, light marks, scuffing on bottom left corner and some small surface tears around edges and is in VG+ condition.


Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
