Rare 12inch Single

A Side is in superb condition, there is a strange patch on the vinyl on Side B. I am unable to play the record but it doesn't look like it will affect the sound.

Sleeve is showing some ring wear but that is to be expected for a white sleeve that is almost 40 years old.
