Jimmy McGriff - Lot of 5 Original 1960's to 1980's LP's

 

This is a great collection of original 1960's to 1980's Jimmy McGriff  LP's. The condition is generally very nice indeed.

 

1. The Big Band (Verve SULP 1170 UK LP 1966) UK original Stereo pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve. It comes with its original company plain paper inner sleeve. Sleeve: Some minimal wear only. EX condition. Vinyl: Light sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light. NEAR EX condition. The labels are very clean & show very mild spindle wear. Plays EX to EX+ overall.

2. A Bag Full Of Soul (Solid State SM 17002 USA LP 1966) USA original Mono pressing. It has a matt gatefold sleeve & comes with its original polythene-lined "Solid State" inner sleeve. Gatefold Sleeve: Mild rubbing wear in places. There is some light fading too. There is a very small sticker on the rear. VG condition. Vinyl: Light to very mild sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, & some mild pressing marks. VG+ condition. There is an initial on one label. Otherwise  minimal spindle wear. Plays Near EX to EX overall.

3. A Bag Full Of Blues (Solid State SS 18017 USA LP 1967) USA original Stereo pressing. It has a matt gatefold sleeve & comes with its original plain paper inner sleeve. Gatefold Sleeve: Mild to more moderate rubbing wear in places. There is a small sticker on the front. VG+ condition. Vinyl: Light to mild sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, & some mild to more moderate pressing marks. VG condition. The labels are very clean & show very mild spindle wear. Plays VG+ to Near EX overall.

4. Fly Dude (People PLEO 14 UK LP 1974) UK original pressing. It has a matt sleeve. It comes with a polythene-lined plain inner sleeve. Sleeve: There is some light rubbing wear in places, & some light ringwear too. It has its original record shop (Dobells) on the rear. VG+ condition. Vinyl: Light to mild sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light. VG+ condition. The labels are very clean & show very mild spindle wear. Plays EX to EX+ overall.

5. Hank Crawford & Jimmy McGriff - Soul Survivors (Milestone M-9142 USA LP 1986) USA original pressing which is Still Sealed. Sleeve: Still Sealed! There is small deletion hole punched through the sleeve. EX+ condition. Vinyl: Unplayed! MINT condition.

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
