Description
Jimmy Reed - I'm Jimmy Reed - 1961 VeeJay # VJLP-1004 **(Side 1 Matrix # 58-888 <2592 / Side 2 # 58-889 <2592-X)***
DISC: VG+ or better with an immaculately clean surface for age and rarity. There are some deeper grooves from being owned by someone without tracking on there record player back in the day. There are a couple light dimples (pressing flaws) on side 2. There is one or two slightly deeper 2 mm long hairs on side 2 that cause a couple "pop"s but overall very clean. Side 1 is close to EX(VG++) with grooves being only playback disturbance. Side 2 has minimal noise, solid VG+. There is very minor light background noise throughout, very minor. Light noise on intro wax on both sides.
COVER: VG+ with very clean glossy cover art. Very minimal fade and even less ring wear. There are two small needle holes on top seem towards left corner. Some minor corner bumps and patches of seem fray around crisp spines. Very clean and legible title spine. Very rare to find in this great of shape. The original inner sleeve is present and has very minor seem splits and minor folds and waves.
I very conservatively graded the cover and LP to please any strict stickler connoisseur grader of music. Most people would have graded the vinyls as NM by sight, I play grade all my stuff.
