Description: Original 1st pressing - thin line maroon Vee-Jay label with DG. Has older vellum paper inner sleeve. Not sure if it's original, but it's in good shape and period appropriate. Classic harmonica blues album. These are getting harder and harder to find. Came from the collection originally owned by a Yale University DJ and has been well-cared for since new.
Sleeve Condition: VG+, has good original gloss and shine. Exceptional color. No writing, no splits on any side, spine is clean and readable. Does have some light wear on 3 corners and a small dent on top edge. Some light discoloring in spots on the back. All are very minor defects. Overall, this thing really displays well. I'd say it's a weaker VG+, but it definitely jumps the bar.
Vinyl: VG+, now the vinyl is in great shape, bordering on EX. Play tested a bit with no issues, sounds great - no skips, no pops. Not a scratch on either side. Labels are super clean - no stickers or writing. One light spindle mark on each side. Not much to say, just a great condition vinyl all around. It is surprising to find 60+ year old vinyl that's this nice.
