The album is Crazy Baby! The Incredible Jimmy Smith. It's Blue Note 4030. It's deep groove.
The condition of the record is 9. The condition of the cover is 8.5 with edge/corner wear, there's a label on the upper left of the front and a price sticker on the upper right of the back.
