Making An Offer

Accepted offers: 

The listing ends & the item is yours when you've paid. By making an offer, you are entering a contract & you're agreeing to purchase the item. When I accept an offer or you accept an offer I send, we assume that you're ready to make your payment! (Please know all aspects of any sale must be completed on ebay). 

Declined Offers: 

I reply to offers and questions A.S.A.P. & I appreciate if you'd do so in kind. To save time, offers I send or counter with are often the lowest We can accept. Basically any offer below 75% of the asking price is set to auto decline by E-bay & as such, I'm not even aware you submitted it! (Offers on newly listed items or those items containing precious metals should be higher than 75%)

When making offers remember item price reflects that the ebay fees we pay add up to 15% & 20% of all payments & that our items are sold on consignment! 

Selling On Consignment:

This means that we don't own the item outright & we're selling it on behalf of the owner! The starting price & how flexible we can be on pricing is based on a contract with the owner! 

Payment Guidelines:

Payment with Buy It Now is required immediately & for other purchase types is appreciated A.S.A.P. but required no later than 3 days after auction end or offer acceptance. If no payment received, we remind you & if no reply, your order will be canceled. Until paid, you're basically holding our property hostage, preventing us from selling to someone else! Typically, the quicker you pay, the faster its shipped!

Shipping & Handling:

All Items are packed carefully with love as if I was shipping to myself! Our goal is for your item to get to you as you see it in the photos!

Handling time is set to 3 business days currently. We try to ship ASAP & if needed faster we may be able to accommodate (just ask!). Shipping covers insurance, handling & packing materials. Shipping can be at least partially combined for multiple items (depends on the items!). To combine shipping, you MUST request an invoice prior to paying!

Ask shipping questions before bidding, buying or making an offer. We use USPS Priority, Fed-Ex 2-Day, Fed-Ex Ground & rarely UPS. Large items go FedEx to reduce cost! FedEx does NOT ship to a P.O. Box, so you must have a physical address! (if not, we have to cancel and resell it to you). Large, expensive & fragile items are of course more expensive. 

Shipping to US territories, Alaska & Hawaii will require an additional charge.

International Shipping:

We ONLY use ebay's Global Shipping Program. Our shipping charge ships your item to ebay's international distribution center & they take over from there. All questions about international shipping & customs should be directed to ebay customer care!

Items Damaged During Shipment:

Things may go wrong when shipping your item any distance. As noted, we do our absolute best to describe all aspects of an item, both good & bad while supplying multiple photos. Being human, we may miss something unintentionally & will gladly work with you to make you happy.
