This is a 45 by Jo Ann Campbell on ABC Paramount 10300. I Changed My Mind Jack b/w You Made Me Love You. Visually G (heavy overall wear, no gloss left, covered with longer and shorter scuffs and marks on both sides, heavy label wear, tiny edge chip and crack along the edge that stops before the grooves start and dnap, some writing labels).
