Up for Sale is a Rare, Original & Hard to Find/Out of Print 1994 UK Import from Joe Cocker - Have a Little Faith Lp.
The Lp itself I will downgrade to a Very Solid VG++. It has some very, very light surface scratches here and there that do not effect playback at all. It could use a very light cleaning to take the dust off.
The Lp Cover & Insert I will downgrade to a Very Solid VG+. There is very minor wear on the opening from being just over 25 years old. Good thing is there are no rips, tears or  hole punches anywhere on this cover or insert front or back.
