COLLECTOR'S ALERT! Joe Gordon "Introducing Joe Gordon" 1955 EmArcy Records MC 26046 mono 10".  A really special record.  A fantastically talented bop trumpeter, who died in a house fire at age 35.  He played with the greatest names of his day, and did two solo albums, this being the first one. Sleeve is in really fine shape, still shiny, with a partial split in the middle of the bottom edge, slight damage to the upper right corner, and some age yellowing on the back (see photos).  Vinyl is really fine.  Visually, the A side has some slight "gray" spots where it's not as shiny, but that's not affecting playback.  There's a tiny scratch near the beginning of Lady Bob, which on my gear is not audible.  All in all a quiet, present sounding playback.  Just cleaned with a VPI wet-vac system.  I'll pay the shipping via USPS Media Mail.
