Original 1962 stereo issue, black shaded dog label, deep groove, original RCA Victor paper inner sleeve.
Low stampers: 3S, 3S.

Record is EX+ to MINT-: VERY SHINY & CLEAN with just a few barely visible superficial inaudible visual only scuff marks which don't affect play. No spindle wear. Plays Great!!!
Cover is VG: punch hole at top left corner; bottom seam partially split; minor edge, corner & ring wear; otherwise clean & sturdy.
