Description
This is Bethlehem Records BCP 1012, Joe Puma East Coast Jazz Series #3, a red, deep groove, label, original mono issue of this classic session with a 1A/1A matrix in the dead wax and featuring Barry Galbraith, Don Elliott, and Vinnie Burke. The record is in VG++ condition showing just a few light sleeve marks on side 1 (side 2 is clean), and playing quietly throughout except for occasional light background crackle on some quiet spots. The laminated cover with the wonderful Burt Goldblatt drawing,has a label and name stamp on the back, but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are excellent with no spindle marks. This is an excellent collector's grade copy of a rare original Bethlehem 10". The record has been cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
