Presenting Joe Turner EP
Love Roller Coaster - World of Trouble
Corrine Corrina - Morning Noon and Night
Very rare U.K. Extended Player / 45.
London RE-E 1111
From Sept 1957
The Record Grades as VG++ as visually is far better than any VG, having just played it the sound quality is Excellent on both Corrine Corrina and Morning Noon and Night, there is a little crackle on Love Roller Coaster but nothing that detracts from your overall listening pleasure.
This is the very 1st mega rare UK London EP from Big Joe Turner. with 3 great 50’s R&B Jive Tracks, these should need no introduction and are still played at any self respecting Rockin Record Hop. Call it Rock N Roll Or Rhythm And Blues they’re great either way. Very clean and tidy, plays great, has a few very superficial hairlines, the records is shiny and flat.
Record
The label shows some evidence of tape residue, but no writing, tears or other major issues. The centre is firmly attached as can be seen in the pictures, it’s not mint but is graded fairly, this record is very hard to find on the UK London label. You will not be disappointed with this record.
Cover
Comes with original UK Sleeve as I would describe as being VG + it is fully intact and laminated, 100% original not a copy as many are these days. It does have corner dings and a little ware on the opening edge but no tears, splits writing or other issues as can be seen in the pictures.
Again this is Joe Turner’s only UK London EP
(Perhaps some of his best Rock N Roll recordings) and came from 1957, its a rare record and hard to find.
There is no reserve on this or my other listings and they will go.I’m starting these at £9.99 so if one one person bids that’s what it will go for.
Good Luck I am selling part of my own collection, these records have been well looked after, from a smoke free house. I have been collecting records for over 45 years and realise how difficult they can be to grade. I believe I have been honest and fair due to my experience over the years collecting.
Please feel free to message me with any questions.SAVE ME ON YOUR WATCH LIST, I WILL BE SELLING SOME MEGA RARE ROCK N ROLL, BLUES, ROCKABILLY IN THE COMING WEEKS/MONTHS. NOT TO BE MISSED.
