Note this is a STEREO version of the 1959 release.
Serials are KOBY-1499 through KOBY-1504
Cage plays piano on SHE IS ASLEEP 

Includes a 17 page 12" booklet with an introductory CREDO written by Cage in 1937, notes on the works, photos, a biography, a bibliography of articles, recordings, published recordings, and finally, the Credits of the package.
Also included are 12 reproductions of pages from various scores with accompanying notes . Printed in USA
The box is damaged. Top and bottom sides of the lid have cellophane tape on the corners. The inside top side panel is flattened.
