John Cale - Slow Dazzle - Island ILPS 9317, stereo, 1975.  UK press, pink rim label.  

Vinyl is VG+   A few light hairlines, A side is borderline VG++.  Labels look VG++, light spindle traces.

Sleeve is VG+   Shelf wear along edges / small crease at bottom right, rubbing / general wear.  Orig inner sleeve, VG+.
