For sale is John Cale-Fear lp vinyl record. This is a 1st UK pressing on Island records from 1974. Ex-velvet solo album with Brian Eno and Phil Manzanera.
As you can probably already see from the pics, the cover has some minor water damage along the bottom seam. About an inch and a half of tearing caused by the water damage. Surprisingly the bottom seam is still held together. No seam splitting anywhere on the cover sleeve for that matter. The cover has some light ringwear. Some stress marks along the spine. Overall I would say the cover is vg condition. Would be a solid vg+ if it wasn't for the minor water damage.
Comes with original baby blue island inner sleeve. No splits. However it does have a light water mark along the bottom seam.
The record itself on the other hand looks beautiful. In Excellent condition. Very glossy. Maybe one or two light scuffs. Sounds beautiful. A rare crackle here and there. Can probably be eliminated with a good cleaning. Very clean sound. Music sounds very present and loud. It is a porky pecko cut after all.
