Description
From England, this is HMV Records CLP 3543, John Coltrane Ascension, a original English mono issue of this classic Impulse record. This is edition 1 where the solo order follows the liner note description. The record is in VG++ condition showing some light marks, which do not effect the play, which is without noise or distortion.. The labels are excellent. The glossy cover has small corner creases, and some discoloration on the back,but is otherwise excellent and intact. An excellent copy of this collectible original English issue. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. This is part of a large Jazz record collection I will be offering in the next few months.
