Description
Rare Edition II Van Gelder First Pressing. This is the recording of the first take for the album, and Coltrane’s preferred Pressing.
Includes the original inner sleeve, as well as a new MFSL inner sleeve.

Side 1: AS-95 A-1 EDITION II Van Gelder
Side 2: AS-95 B-1 EDITION II Van Gelder
This is an overall excellent copy.
Album has been both visually and play graded.
The Gatefold cover is in VG ++ condition. The cover is clean and glossy, with NO splits. Only flaws are one lightly bumped corner shown in pic 8 (front) & 9 (back) and a written line on the inside (pic 10).
The vinyl is VG++/NM-. The labels are clean. There are a few light sleeve marks, and one small scratch at the end of side 2. They cannot be heard, and do not affect play at all. The sound quality is clean, with absolutely no surface noise. Truly Superb audio quality.
