- RVG stamped in the dead wax
- P ("ear") for Plastylite stamped in the runout
- 9M etched in the runout
- front laminated jacket
- 47 West 63rd St., New York 23 address on back cover, no Inc.

VINYL visual - many scratches, mainly superficial GOOD
Sound quality - average crackles all the time, but any strong crackles and jumps; the music is extra dynamic and without distortion, in many places close to VERY GOOD, so solid GOOD
LABELS - as at the pictures VERY GOOD 
COVER - little worn EXCELLENT
