Description
This is Impulse A-32 John Coltrane Ballads,an orange and black label, original mono issue with Van Gelder stamped in the dead wax. The record is in VG+ condition with surface marks on both sides that cause light intermittent noise, but no distortion of the music and no skips. The original glossy gate-fold cover has small bumps on the corners, but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are excellent. This is an excellent entry copy of a beautiful and rare original issue The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP2.
