John Coltrane - Giant Steps Canada 1960 1st Atlantic Plum DG AT 1311 Hard Bebop LP
PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION**
Ultra Rare Canadian 1960 1st Pressing on the Atlantic Plum Deep Groove Label, AT 1311 Visually under very bright light, the vinyl has loads of scuffs, light play marks, residue traces etc. (Visually FAIR). The record has been cleaned on my Okki Nokki machine (although looks as if it will benefit from further cleaning). Through my system the record plays well - bright and bold, with great rich tone. There is some regular background surface noise / crackle in places in the quieter passages and particularly between tracks and particularly to the opening of Side 2 (generally worse to Side 2). Some occasional ticks and clicks, occasional passage of repeating ticks, doesn’t detract too much from an enjoyable audio experience, a great record. Audio Overall Side 1 - VG Side 2 – VG-
The labels are clean, loads of spindle marks VG
The Sleeve is a pretty clean example to the front, however has mildew damage to the rear, please see photos Therefore FAIR
