Mega Rare LP of John Coltrane - Giant Steps (Atlantic 1311 - mono) Original 1960s red and purple label edition. This is it! Coltrane's best Atlantic LP also features Tommy Flanagan, Wynton Kelly, Paul Chambers and Art Taylor in an acknowledged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in really strong VG+ condition with very minimal marks (hardly worth mentioning) - really really nice with the original shine. The cover is in VG+ condition with some general age/shelf wear and a bit of a chewed up lower corner, but NO writing, NO splits, NO tape, NO stickers, NO stamps. Not exactly perfect, but pretty good - anyway how many of these do you see anymore?
