Description
Up for auction is a rare deep groove mono pressing of the John Coltrane & Hank Mobley 'Two Tenors' LP on Prestige Records PRLP-7043. The musicians include Elmo Hope, Donald Byrd, Paul Chambers, and Philly Joe Jones.
Record info:
Strong VG+ with a few minor scuffs and with some minor surface noise. It plays and sounds great!
Cover info:
Excellent condition with solid seams with very minor corner seam wear. It does have some creasing on bottom right corner and a drill hole middle area. The back cover has a 'Preview Copy' promo stamp. It comes with the original Prestige Records inner sleeve.
Label / Pressing info:
Bergenfield NJ yellow/black label, deep groove mono press with RVG initials on both sides in the dead wax area. The label also has a drill hole.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
