John Coltrane & Johnny Hartman - S/T - Impulse A 40, mono, 1963. Van Gelder stampers, ABC Paramount labels.
Vinyl is VG Just a few light hairlines, light surface wear / hazy appearance. The right type of cleaning could likely bring this disc into the VG+ range. Labels look VG, staining.
Sleeve is G+ Moisture damage at bottom right, resulting in some bubbling of laminate and small paper tears on front and back. There is more pronounced staining inside gatefold, with paper tears / paper deterioration.
