Description
This is Impulse Records AS-77, John Coltrane A Love Supreme, an orange and black labeled, original stereo issue, with Van Gelder stamped in the dead wax. The record is in VG+(+) condition, with some light marks, which do not effect the play, except for one 3/4" mark that causes 6 clicks during the bass solo at the end of track one. Otherwise it plays quietly throughout. The labels are perfect. The glossy, original gate-fold cover (and original inner sleeve), has a 1/2" tear on the back, middle, near the spine, and small bumps on three corners, but is otherwise excellent and intact. This is still, an excellent copy of an extremely collectible classic record.offered without a reserve. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
