Description
From Atlantic Records (1361), this is MY FAVORITE THINGS by
JOHN COLTRANE, an original, authentic (first) US monaural high fidelity
pressing from March 1961 on the purple and pink label with black "fan" logo. It is
NOT a reissue, an import or a counterfeit pressing. There are no spindle marks
on either label and playing surfaces appear NEAR-MINT showing high gloss which means
no groove wear. It is a thick pressing.
Cover is beautiful showing only a few edge flaws and little signs of wear or age (VG+).
In addition, the jacket is sturdy showing intact seams and strong, nicely blocked
spine with printing dead center. This is the thick American-style, laminated jacket.
This mono version has never been available on CD or any other digital format.
