Description

Ballads is a jazz album by the John Coltrane Quartet. It was released on the Impulse Records label in January 1963. The Quartet features Trane with McCoy Tyber, Jimmy Garrison and Elvin Jones. The album has been inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame. Nice impulse reissue (early 70’s) in gatefold jacket here.
