John Coltrane Self Titled Impulse A-21 Stereo Phillipines Pressing Analogue Uncatalogued Variant. I am calling it that on the basis that there are no matching listings in discogs (an AS-21 is listed with no pics or date, no "S" to this), and no sold examples in Popsike. A couple of other titles have been listed from the country, but none were as clean as this. I already had an earlier English pressing, otherwise I could very easily live with this as my main pressing as it sounds lovely. At the point this was pressed the Van Gelder tapes were less than 20 years old. The manufacturer is listed as Home industries Dev. Corp. The MCA logo is on the tan and cream shallow grooved labels, but gets no mention on the Sleeve, front or back. Record is flat, not off centre, no scratches, sleeve has no pen, splits or dirt, light ink deep rubs to seams and light creasing only. Labels are clean with some spindle marks, but not overly played, as the playback proves in that there is no distortion, hardly any surface noise even before I cleaned it. We offer massive postage subsidies to overseas buyers on multiple purchases. i.e £1 extra per lp to a maximum of £15, then no extra charge. We pack carefully in custom made hard card boxes. If the appearance or playgrade suggests it requires it, our records are cleaned on a wash and vac machine, using art du son fluid in distilled water. This is already in a new heavy poly outer with antistatic inners added with outer sleeve and records all layered behind each other to prevent splits.
