John Coltrane with Red Garland- Soultrane- Prestige, PRLP 7142

Condition:
Record: Very Good (VG): This record has some very light scuffing and scratching to it, but looks overall pretty clean. This record plays through without skipping or sticking at any point. It should be noted that some background noise is audible, most notably during bass solos and in between tracks, but it's likely that much of that would go away if this record was properly cleaned.
Cover: Very Good (VG): This cover has spine wear, edge wear, an approximately one inch long split on the top edge, corner wear, ring wear, staining, scuffing, and scratching. It's worth noting that there is almost no peeling to the laminate on this cover.
Note: Has the original Prestige fireworks labels with the Bergenfield, NJ address.
Overall, this is a pretty nice copy of this rare and desirable early John Coltrane album also featuring Red Garland, Paul Chambers, and Arthur Taylor. The cover is nice and sturdy, and the record plays pretty nicely as is and would probably play even better with some proper cleaning.
